Provide on-site estimates and explain available options and materials . Follow up with assigned leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process . Work toward closing sales and meeting company targets . Coordinate with the office team to ensure accurate job details and smooth project handoff . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes Qualifications: . Fluent in English (professional level); Spanish a plus . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Prior sales or construction experience preferred (fencing experience a plus) . Valid driver’s license required . Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude .
