We are seeking a part-time or full-time, temporary on-site Administrative Assistant to join our team in Glendale, CA to assist with the 2026 tax season through April 2026. The candidate must be willing to work overtime and weekends upon request. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, scanning and organizing tax documents, printing copies of tax returns, maintaining professional communication, and supporting all staff with scheduling and organizational needs. Job Requirements: Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle office tasks and ensure operational efficiency. Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively and professionally. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support management with scheduling and organizational tasks. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in office software tools and technology (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email systems). Previous office experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
