This is a morning shift (working hours 8:30am – 5:00pm, M-F + 1 Saturday/month) This role REQUIRES a bilingual person speaking both English and Armenian fluently. Glenoaks Imaging Professionals (GIP) has an opportunity for a Customer Service role in Scheduling and Front Desk Reception. We are seeking qualified individuals responsible for: Conducting the patient check-in process while managing the Front Desk Answering phones, responding to emails and scheduling patients while conducting data entry and insurance verifications for high-tech imaging. Utilizing EMR systems and other medical software. We use RamSoft EMR. Additionally, the ideal candidate shall possess: Two (2) years’ experience in customer service with knowledge in health plans and insurance verifications, preferably in a medical setting. The ideal candidate must be a team player but will also work independently to provide exceptional customer service and achieve high patient satisfaction. Bilingual in English and Armenian is required. We offer: An hourly rate of $21.25 - $25.00 per hour A full-time work schedule, Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Overtime available - 1-2 Saturday shifts per month Merit increases for satisfactory job performance A robust benefit plan including medical and employer paid dental and vision insurance Accrued paid time off up to a maximum of 48 hours/year Seven (7) paid holidays including New Year’s Day, April 24, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.25 - $25.00 per hour
