We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including family law, immigration law, and environmental law. This role involves managing legal cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional support to clients throughout the legal process. Duties Manage a diverse caseload, Worker’s Comp cases Conduct interviews with clients to gather pertinent information and assess their legal needs. Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy. Review documents for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain organized case files using document management systems and ensure timely filing of all necessary paperwork. Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategies and case management. Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing communications. Uphold confidentiality standards while managing sensitive client information. Requirements Proven experience in a law office environment or as a paralegal, demonstrating familiarity with legal terminology and procedures. Strong knowledge of workers' compensation law case management is a must. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading abilities are essential. Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Experience in legal research methodologies and document review processes.
