We’re looking for another Intake coordinator to add to our staff. We are a growing Home Health agency. All of our patients need a high level of care, which requires experience in patient, patient family, and staff follow-up and minimal clinical knowledge.Hourly or salary compensation will be determined based on the level of experience Looking to hire immediately. Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of two years of experience as an intake coordinator in Home Health. Must have experience with Synergy Hospice experience does not qualify !!!
