Job Summary I am recruiting on behalf of a growing private pediatric practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to provide therapy services in both home and clinic settings. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Provide pediatric therapy services in home and clinic settings. Support children with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, daily living skills, and developmental goals. Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers. Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with agency and insurance requirements. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's success. Qualifications Active OTA/COTA license in the state. Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred. Experience with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, or related diagnoses is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Reliable transportation for home visits. Bilingual (Armenian or other languages) is a plus.
