You don't have to pay bills, internet and washer is included and use of common areas. We have a lovely, friendly black golden retriever and a very friendly 2 yr old cat we just adopted. We are a looking for someone that needs a safe place to live and come home to where you know that there is someone home but giving you your space to live your independent life. If you want to hang out you may find us in the kitchen, if not you have plenty of privacy. We are close to the 134 fwy, 5fwy and the 2fwy.
